Delivery Information
FREE UK DELIVERY OVER £100
All Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed with Standard Shipping will be despatched within 2 working days.
We send all parcels on a Tracked 48 service.
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed with Next Day Shipping before 1pm Monday – Thursday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day. Excludes Bank Holidays and weekends.

Wallpaper Delivery
Our wallpapers are bespoke and printed to order we advise delivery can be up to four weeks. All tracking information and a delivery window will be sent to your contact details entered at the point of ordering.
Free Delivery
Order value reaching over £100 at the checkout will automatically qualify for Free UK Delivery. Wallpapers and Bedding and delivery outside the UK are excluded from Free Delivery.
In the unlikely event your parcel is taking longer than expected we advise you to contact the courier first. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).
Including Ireland, Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout depending on location and parcel size.
Orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its specific destination, and you will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Personalised items have a longer turnaround. These products take 5-7 working days to be made. During our busier periods please allow an additional 10 working days for your order to be despatched.
Returns Information
EASY RETURNS USING OUR RETURNS PORTAL
In the unlikely event you do not love your items and want to return them, please find all returns information below.
Log into your account here and create a returns request. This will then be reviewed by our team and a label will be sent for you to return your order to us.
We charge a flat rate postage fee of £3.50 for each return (not per item returned), this will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Faulty returns are not charged a returns postage fee.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return given it's in the conditions mentioned below:
- All returns are payable by the customer.
- Returns must be sent to us within 14 days.
- Please ensure your order number is included or we will be unable to process your return.
- All products must be returns in unused condition with original tags/packaging
- Any Personalised items (textile or prints) & product purchased from our sample sale are non-refundable.
- We advise customers to send their returns to us on a tracked service.
- We are so sorry! We currently do not offer currently offer exchanges.
Returns are accepted on all wallpaper which is still in the original unopened packaging in an unused, new condition. The Returns window for wallpaper is 28 days.
We aim for all orders to arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order.
If any product develops a fault after 6 Months, it is up to the customer to prove this was faulty at the point of delivery.

General FAQs
Orders placed over our Sample Sale will be shipped within 10 Working Days. Orders can not be amended, cannot be cancelled and separate orders can not be combined.
IMPORTANT: All sample sale products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We are unable to amend your order once your order is confirmed.
Changes to personalised orders
We advise customers to please be very careful when adding personalisation details to their order, your order will be personalised as per your note with the same spelling/grammar/colour you have typed/selected.
Orders cannot be amended once confirmed. Please also be aware that personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please double check your personalisation details before you place the order. You can check the personalisation on our order confirmation.
To cancel your order please email hello@eleanorbowmer.co.uk. Please note, your order can only be cancelled if the packing team have not already picked up your order. Orders placed during increased traffic sale periods and Christmas cannot be cancelled.
As our discount codes vary so their terms and conditions. Make sure you check when you receive any code as some may only be valid on certain items and have an expiry date. Discount Codes must be entered in the discount code at the checkout when placing the order.
Some products are shipped from our other warehouse and will arrive in separate parcels. Please allow a couple more days for a second parcel to arrive before contacting us.
Large Scale Prints (A2, A1 & 50x70) are sent in a pink tube parcel. Separately to other parcels.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders that we receive, we are unable to combine orders.
We currently do not have a Gift wrap Service but all our orders are sent out beautifully wrapped in our branded tissue paper and sticker.
