Role
This is not just a design position; it’s an opportunity to help shape the creative vision of our studio. You’ll collaborate directly with Eleanor, developing print concepts, refining designs and help bring the brands personality to life through high-quality original print and patterns. You will also mentor and inspire junior designers, ensuring our work maintains a consistently high standard. All of our designs originate from hand-painted artwork which sets us apart in the market – therefore you must have exceptional painting skills along with strong ability to set your own briefs and execute ideas.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the design and development of original, hand painted
collections from concept through to final artwork. - Work closely with Eleanor to bring creative concepts to life
- Support the creation of trend-focused, commercial prints that align with the brands aesthetic while maintaining the brands handwriting.
- Oversee the entire design process, from mood boards and initial sketches to final product.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing your knowledge and elevating the studios creative output.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 year’s experience as a print designer within the homeware and fashion industry.
Creative vision: A strong eye for design, colour and trends with the ability to adapt to the Eleanor Bowmer style.
Technical skills: Proficient in Adobe creative suite and an exceptional hand painting ability.
Leadership: A supportive team player who can mentor junior designers and work collaboratively with the wider team.

Role Summary
This role leads the marketing activation for the brand with a primary focus on increasing
brand awareness and reach, driving sell-out and supporting our partners. As we
continue to grow we will always be a social-first brand but will continue to diversify our
marketing channels.
Role Details
• Planning – Owns the marketing and content calendar, taking input from Product
and Ecommerce. The calendar should be commercial in nature but responding
to business needs and trends.
• Budget Management – Manages the marketing budget, working with the
Commercial and Operations Director for approvals.
• Social – Ensuring our content is engaging, and we’re increasing our reach across
channels with a commercial focus on delivering direct and in-direct revenue.
Working with influencers to create excitement and demand for the brand and our
products.
• Digital Marketing – Launch and manage PPC, Affiliate Marketing and
Performance Marketing activity to deliver direct revenue growth on our owned
Ecommerce channels. A focus on CPA and ROI.
• Partnerships Marketing – Works with retailers to bring co-op marketing activity to
life, online, offline and in-store. Ensuring that we’re focusing on reach and sellout.
• Creative – Works with the Product and Creative Manager on briefs to activate
new product launches.
• PR – Manages outreach and PR related activity to drive brand awareness and
reach with our target demographics
• Customer retention – Owns the CRM programme to drive up RFM metrics
(Recency, Frequency and Monetary spend). Support to B2B Marketing activity.
• Team management – Manages the entire employee lifecycle for the digital marketing team driving high performance. Manages and updates team details in the HR system.
• Other activities as appropriate from time to time, related to the level of this role.
Needs to be / Needs to have
• Previous hands-on management of digital marketing channels, with
demonstrated rapid growth.

Role Summary
A key role that involves the smooth running of our office and Team EB. The role is a
centre point for activity to ensure we’re able to deliver great service to our customers.
This is a diverse role with some team admin support, office management, HR and
supporting other teams when needed.
Role Details
• PA/ Team Administration – Supports the Director and Commercial & Operations
Director with email management, calendar, diary and travel planning. A proactive
approach to ensuring these team members operate efficiently.
• HR – An administrator of our HR processes and systems. Supports with the
employee lifecycle; contracts, onboarding checks, HR admin, payroll,
correspondence etc.
• IT – Provides basic IT support to the team and works with the IT supplier for
issues, system access, equipment ordering etc.
• Office Management – Ensures the EB office is a great place to work.
Management of utility bills, suppliers, insurance etc. Manages the outsourced
cleaning provider. Orders items for the team using our Amazon accounts, and
ensures the office is stocked with items as needed. Always working towards our
office is clean, tidy and welcoming to all. A keyholder.
• Health & Safety – Ensures the well being of our team through compliance with
H&S legislation, first aid provision etc.
• Supports the team with admin duties – Product files, account setup, PO ordering
etc
• Trade Shows and Events – Manages the setup of these events and trade shows
ensuring they’re setup for success, liaising with suppliers etc. Works with the
Directors to plan key employee events; training, away days, Christmas party etc.
• Travel – Supervises ad hoc expenses and travel bookings to ensure cost
efficiency
• Finance – Raising of POs, credits and reconciliation of bank accounts in
association with external finance partners.

Role Summary
We’ve ambitious growth plans, and this role will be responsible for working with our
current retailer base to drive further sales growth whilst onboarding new partners. Our
card business has huge potential and through our third parties we work with we can be
delivering more revenue.
Role Details
• New Business – Work with the Commercial and Operations Director on new
business targets with a focus on growing the number of doors where the brand is
featured.
• Partner working – Working with some of our core licensing partners who sell-in to
retailers, work co-operatively on driving sales growth and appreciation of our
wider ranging
• Sell-in – Input to new product development and pricing. Carry out the sell-in
programme, ensuring that we have the catalogues, decks and assets to help
maximise every sales opportunity.
• Pricing and Margin – Delivery of sales and account plans that set appropriate
pricing and deliver within our margin targets.
• Forecasting – Work with the Head of Ecommerce & Operations and Product and
Creative Manager on stock forecasting.
• Independents – Work with the Head of Ecommerce & Operations and Marketing
on the management of independents and key accounts, including those
managed via Faire and our B2B Shopify Platform.
• Account Setup – Work with the Operations team on account setup
• Customer Operations – Work collaboratively with the Operations team on issues
impacting sales and customer satisfaction. A focus on us being a supplier of
choice and easy to do business with.
• Trade Shows – Plans and attends trade shows, as opportunities for us to
increase industry presence and develop new sales opportunities.

Role Summary
As we continue to grow, this role will be at the forefront of us increasing our distribution within the UK and US. The role will support the Key Account Manager and own a specific mix of accounts driving forward account management and sales delivery.

The Product & Licensing Executive supports the product and design team by assisting

Role Summary
This role is responsible for day-to-day management of our Shopify ecommerce website,
ensuring that it delivers its revenue goals. The role also supports with other digital
selling channels including marketplaces, drop ship partners, Shopify B2B, Trade shows/
Pop ups and Faire.
Role Details
• Sales delivery – A focus on increasing AOV, CVR and ABS to deliver our online
revenue goals across various channels. Working closely with the Head of
Ecommerce & Operations on an annual trading calendar, updating this and
making proactive suggestions to drive sell-out. The trading calendar and
marketing calendar should be closely linked.
• Content management – Working closely with Product and Marketing, updating
the new seasonal products, adding assets, and categories.
• Onsite merchandising – Looks at onsite product sequencing, and merchandising
to improve product visibility
• Data – Uses data to drive decisions onsite, proactively making changes to the
website, able to compile reporting around website performance.
• Roadmap – Works across the team to drive step changes in our platforms that
will lead to significant step increases in revenue. Supports on relevant digital
projects e.g. localisation and where needed agency support.
• Partners – Own the management and day to day relationship with all application
and platform partners that support our ecommerce tech stack.
• Launches – Supports on the deployment of product launches and key events
such as Black Friday to maximise revenue delivery.
• SEO – Deploys SEO best practice through content onsite and structure of the
website.
• Customer First – Works collaboratively with Customer Service and Operations to
resolve onsite issues that impact the customer experience and revenue
generation.
